Lauderdale by the Sea is a small beachside community, located between Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach. You don't need a car here, since everthing is within walking distance of your home. The town is one mile long, north-south, and 1/2 mile wide, east-west. It is nestled between the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.

We are offering a beautifully-appointed one-story, L-shaped, small complex, with a French Riviera flair. The surrounding tropical garden has been designed to provide private retreats.

Whether you stay for a short period or an extended one, be assured that everything will be done to ensure your complete satisfaction. All apartments and studios are fully furnished and commissioned. Just bring your toothbrush!

These apartments are kept meticulously clean, as are the gardens and public area. Each apartment features a southern France influence, with pastel colors and matching decor. The one-bedroom apartment offers a private laundry room in each apartment, a king-size bed, and a large closet.There is a dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The apartments are very bright and airy, with a French door leading to the garden and patio area.
